Home Prices on the Rise

Over at Republitarian I have a post up on Virginia home price growth.
The Harrisonburg and Winchester areas are leading the growth in 2006, while NOVA is actually forecasted to have a decline.

    Very good point. Even so, the valley seems to have stronger and more sustainable growth b/c there are both retirees moving in as well as families.
